This Privacy Policy explains how Optum Health, LLC d/b/a Red Lion Clinic ("Red Lion Clinic," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit redlionclinic.com (the "Site"). This Site is an informational and marketing website — it does not create patient accounts or process payments. Protected health information you provide when you become a patient is handled on our separate patient platform and is governed by our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices below.

Information we collect

Information you give us when you contact us (such as your name, email, phone, and message), and technical information collected automatically when you visit (such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages viewed) through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use information

To respond to your inquiries, operate and improve the Site, understand how visitors use it, and communicate with you if you ask us to. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and analytics

The Site uses cookies and analytics tools to understand traffic and improve your experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings. We do not use analytics or advertising tools in a way intended to identify your health conditions.

2. Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of redlionclinic.com (the "Site"), operated by Optum Health, LLC d/b/a Red Lion Clinic. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Informational purpose; no medical advice

The Site is for general informational and marketing purposes only. Content on the Site does not constitute medical advice and does not create a provider-patient relationship. That relationship is formed only after you enroll on our patient platform, complete an evaluation, and are accepted for care by a licensed provider.

The patient platform

Account creation, medical intake, telehealth visits, and payment occur on our separate patient platform, which has its own terms and privacy practices. When you select "Get started" or "Log in," you will be directed to that platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to become a patient. Telehealth services are available to patients in all 50 U.S. states, subject to provider licensure and clinical appropriateness.

Acceptable use & intellectual property

You agree not to misuse the Site or attempt unauthorized access. The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to Red Lion Clinic and protected by law.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Red Lion Clinic is not liable for damages arising from your use of the Site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. We may update these Terms and will post the revised version with a new effective date. Questions: support@redlionclinic.com.

3. HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices

This notice describes how medical information about you may be used and disclosed and how you can get access to this information. Please review it carefully.

Our commitment

Optum Health, LLC d/b/a Red Lion Clinic is required by law to maintain the privacy of your protected health information ("PHI"), to provide you this Notice of our legal duties and privacy practices, and to follow the terms of the Notice currently in effect.

How we may use and disclose your PHI

For treatment — to provide and coordinate your care, including with licensed providers and the pharmacies that dispense your medications; for payment — to obtain payment for services; for health care operations — quality, administration, and operations; with business associates under written agreements that require them to protect your PHI; and as required or permitted by law. Most other uses require your written authorization, which you may revoke in writing at any time.

Your rights regarding your PHI

You have the right to inspect and obtain a copy of your PHI; request a correction; request restrictions on certain uses and disclosures; request confidential communications; receive an accounting of certain disclosures; receive a paper copy of this Notice; and be notified of a breach of your unsecured PHI.

Our duties

We are required to maintain the privacy of your PHI, provide this Notice, and notify you following a breach of unsecured PHI. We reserve the right to change this Notice and to make the revised Notice effective for PHI we already have as well as information we receive in the future.

Complaints

If you believe your privacy rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with us or with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office for Civil Rights. We will not retaliate against you for filing a complaint.

The information provided on redlionclinic.com is for general educational and informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Reading this Site does not create a provider-patient relationship.

No guarantee of results

Weight loss and wellness results vary from person to person and depend on individual factors. Any results described or referenced are not typical and are not a guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.

Prescription products

Any medications referenced, including GLP-1 medications such as semaglutide and tirzepatide, are prescription products that require evaluation and a prescription from a licensed provider. They are not appropriate for everyone and carry risks and possible side effects. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved or evaluated for safety and efficacy. Whether a medication is appropriate for you will be determined by a licensed provider. Do not start, stop, or change any medication without consulting a qualified provider.

Emergencies

This Site and our services are not for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

5. Refund & Return Policy

Because our services involve prescription medications and licensed medical care, some charges are non-refundable. Please review this before you begin.

Medical consultation fees

Fees for medical consultations and evaluations reflect the professional time of licensed providers and are generally non-refundable once the consultation or evaluation has begun.

Prescription medications — no returns after shipment

For safety and legal reasons, prescription medications cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once they have shipped from the pharmacy. This applies even if the medication is unopened. Federal and state law prohibits the resale or reuse of returned medications.

Before medication ships

You pay only after a licensed provider approves you. If you cancel before your medication has shipped from the pharmacy, the medication charge is not processed. There is no subscription and nothing auto-charges — you reorder only when you are ready.

Damaged or incorrect shipments

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly at support@redlionclinic.com and we will work with the pharmacy to resolve it. For any billing question, contact us first at support@redlionclinic.com or 623-254-4948.
